A little about Chef Yoni:
He grew up in Israel; Yoni was raised within a family of chefs where he discovered his love and passion for cooking. He graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and begun working in top restaurants over Europe. At the age of 23 he moved to Las Vegas and worked for few of the major hotels & restaurants. Within the years, Chef Yoni developed his love for health and nutrition. He is working on his degree for holistic Nutrition; He moved to LA in 2010 and graduated from his master chef program for sushi and Japanese gastronomy. Chef Yoni’s cooking style is influence from the French and Mediterranean cuisine; His love for the Asian culture brought him to create a unique fusion of French and Asian cooking.

I personally know Chef Yoni, he is a great friend, and throughout the years in the time I have known him I have gained much knowledge in the culinary field working side by side with him.
