Superfood smoothie!
This smoothie is great in the morning or even on a hot day. If you need something to jump start your day, try this.
Blueberry- Mint Smoothie
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients-
1 cup of frozen blueberries
1/2 avocado
1/3 cup of orange juice
1/2 cup of fresh mint leaves
2 tsp of lemon juice
2 tsp of honey
1/2 cup of water
* ice cubes if you like
Blend all of the ingredients together. Blend for about a minute. Until combined. Add more ice if needed. Enjoy-
