Greek Frozen Yogurt
Why not make you’re very own then! Frozen yogurt has boomed the past years and it is the new trend. It is yummy, and you can get very creative with the flavors. Don’t have a ice cream maker, that’s okay, you don’t need one.
Blackberry Frozen Yogurt
Ingredients:
- 4 cups of plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup of blackberries- or seasonal berries
- 2 tbsp of honey
Directions:
Strain your yogurt to remove any excess liquid. I recommend leaving it to strain in a large bowl in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Next freeze the fruit you are using or the extra add ins. This will help it not get rock hard when you eat your frozen yogurt. Next get a mixer or blender and place all ingredients in the blender and mix until honey and fruit is incorporated. ( Do this quickly so the fruit doesn’t soften.) Place your yogurt in the freezer from 1 to 2 hours depending on how fast it freezes. Then remove and enjoy.
