Actually both the kokoretsi and the ahinosalata… how shamefully Greek am I?.. trying to be a lacto-ovo vegetarian… such a “dirty” past and still eating fish will never get me there… ay ay ay!!

Oh, I am pretty sold on any kind of seafood!.. And taste-wise, yes I would eat kokoretsi again (from a trusted “source”, meaning you have to be sure it comes from a healthy animal, it has to be immaculately clean and marinated to perfection). But I am trying really hard, in the last two years or so, not eat meat any more for ethical reasons… I said I’m trying… I’m not always successful… especially around souvlaki… grmf!
Lol I love seafood too!!! I love seafood esp in ELLADA. 🙂 I too am trying to lessen the amount of meat I eat. I think it’s good to do that every so often. 🙂 Souvlakiiii 🙂
Balut didn’t taste bad, it’s just the mental thing of realizing you’re eating a duck fetus. Pork blood soup was way, way worse.
