CRAZY INGREDIENT SUNDAY IS: 

Sweet Potatoes 

Chocolate Sweet Potato Frosting Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 cups of sweet potatoes, peeled and mashed
• 3 tablespoons of cocoa
• 1 ounce of semi sweet chocolate, melted
• 1/4 cup of honey
• 3 teaspoons of vanilla
• 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt

Directions:

1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Transfer frosting to a bowl, cover and chill for about 1 hour.

*Use over cakes, cupcakes, cookies and more.
