Happy Saturday & Saturday’s Food For Thought Is Here!!

“Beginning today, treat everyone you meet as if they were going to be dead by midnight. Extend to them all the care, kindness, and understanding you can muster, and do it with no thought of any reward. Your life will never be the same again.”

  1. Hi, Krystina. What a meaningful quote. It is beautiful and inspiring. Thank you for sharing with us! It’s nice to start the day with a gorgeous thought. 🙂

I appreciate that you mentioned me in such a kind and compassionate way. Thank you. You have a clear voice and vision that is displayed through your blog. And I can honestly say that every recipe is healthy, delicious – and uniquely yours.

The video is so interesting. I enjoy frozen fruits and veggies in meals or snacks where their texture can be “hidden.” They are affordable and it’s good to know that are higher in vitamins than food brought across the world to us. It also encourages me to strive to eat seasonally and locally. Maybe you could write a little post on great recipes for frozen fruits and vegetables?

Happy Saturday! 🙂 Keep up the great work!

    • Hi Shanna.
Thank you for your very kind words. 🙂
Happy Sunday to you too!! What are your Sunday evening plans?
Yes the video kind of shocked me in a way. I will definitely try to write a post on frozen fruit/vegetable recipes. Good idea!!!

      Have a lovely evening!!
      – Krystina

      • Hi,Krystina – It was a nice night in. I made some chicken fajitas and my hubby even made an appearance from the hospital. I think writing a about frozen foods would be a great challenge! I am now curious as to how to incorporate more in a delicious way! How was your night? 🙂 Shanna

      • Ohh chicken fajitas!! Yummy. Ohh he did, that is nice. I hope hes ok hence you said hospital. I know frozen food recipes are kind of hard. I am doing my research on that. My night was good. I made tiropita( cheese pie), orange and beef stir fry, bougatsa(pastry), and many other dishes. 🙂 It was a busy night, but a good one since I won all these awards from you. 🙂

      • The pie, stir fry and pastry sound GREAT. What else did you prepar in your chef-excellentness? Oh, my, I hope that you write about them all and post photos soon! My mouth is watering, Krystina. You are a super star! And so full of energy and enthusiasm. Keep it up! 🙂 Still looking forward to your email about category quesitons. xx Shanna
