Image

As we all know, whole grain oats are vital to living a healthy lifestyle and diet. Steel cut oats are full of nutrients including:

B vitamins, calcium, protein, and plenty of fiber.

Did you know that just one cup of steel-cut oats contains 8 grams of fiber?!

According to the USDA, whole grains reduce cholesterol, prevent heart disease, and reduce high blood pressure. One of the biggest effects these oats have on the body is they help eliminate fat and cholesterol.

I included a little recipe below for those of you who would like to try steel-cut oats.
