I love quinces! We had them in our garden in Greece when I was growing up. I grafted on with a pair bud when I was 12 years old and for years the tree produced both quinces and pears.
We had two trees in our garden in Chicago as well. For 7 years. I make great preserves but don’t ask for the recipe….Its all by guessing! 🙂
Quince is also great baked.
Didn’t know this fruit offered so manny benefits.
Thanks Krystina for sharing!!!!!!

My grandmother use to make quince jam which was always nice, but on its own I remember quince as having a rather tart taste, it’s been a long time since I last had one though. Maybe worth trying them again.
