Welcome To Kula Botanical Gardens In Maui
If you love flowers and paradise then this is the place to be!! Growing up in a family of farmers and gardening enthusiasts this was a very magical place for my family and I to visit. We have been to Maui well over 5 times and yet we never experienced the botanical gardens. My father being a landscaper for over 45 years was very excited to visit this place. For those of you who have followed me on Kouzounas Kitchen for over a year probably know that my family has their own lavender company called Friends Of The Earth Lavender. We wanted to experience the different types of native flowers to Maui and see the lavender as well.
I will worn you it was about an hour drive for us from Kahana Falls on the Lahaina side. Even though it was a rainy, muggy day it felt like we were floating in the clouds. Very beautiful and for the price, $10.00 a person, well worth it. They have a little boutique shop and inside they sell anything from gourmet foods to essential oils. Of course my dad had to show the sales associate our lavender oil. Enjoy our journey to Kula Botanical Gardens.
