Banana Hemp Seed Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 1.4 cups almond milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla protein ( I use isolate whey)
- 1 orange , reserve juice
- 1 tsp hemp seed (Organic Hemp Seed- Carrington Farms)
- 2 ice cubes
- Blender
Method:
- Add all ingredients to blender. Blend for about 30 seconds. (I use my ninja)
- Feel free to sprinkle hemp seed over the top of your smoothie.
