Blueberry Vanilla Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1.5 tablespoons whey vanilla protein powder
- 3/4 cup coconut or almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- Optional: 1 teaspoon maple syrup
Method:
- Blend all ingredients together, and enjoy!
