Lavender Latte Love
Happy Sunday beautiful foodies!!
A friend of mine requested this delicious lavender latte recipe on Instagram, when I posted a photo of our lavender farm the other day. Of course I was happy to share this amazing latte recipe.

We just harvested our beautiful lavender, and we have a new batch of amazing lavender oil that we distilled. 🙂
This recipe is simple, and can be quite different from other lavender latte recipes. I know how strong lavender can be, as I have been experimenting in the kitchen with the flowers for 16 years now. My favorite recipe~ LAVENDER CREME BRULEE RECIPE. If you are in need of lavender flowers, please contact me. (friendsoftheearthlavender@gmail.com)
Lavender Latte
Servings: 1
Ingredients:
- 2 espresso shots (I use Nespresso) If you don’t have an espresso maker, you can use your coffee of choice, and make sure you brew 1 cup of strong coffee.
- 1 cup of almond milk/ milk of your choice
- 1 teaspoon of dried lavender flowers
- 1 tsp vanilla flavoring
- Optional: Purple sugar sprinkles
Method:
- Warm your milk in a small pot over the stove, and add the lavender flowers and vanilla flavoring to the milk. Remove from heat. Let the flowers infuse for 1 minute, then strain the flowers. You now have lavender infused milk. You can use this same method for many other recipes, such as cakes and cookies.
- Add your espresso shots to a coffee mug. Froth the milk with an espresso steamer. Pour the milk over the coffee. I like to serve with the purple sprinkles over the top.
Enjoy!

Ok so I’ve posted two more – I’m sure they will appear ; )
Hahaha no problem at all.
Okay I tried to post another comment but it got lost ; )
I wake up very early, usually before the alarm (weirdo, I know ; ) I haven’t published yet, but I am playing with an idea in my head : )
Yay that would be great!
Polla filakia,
Vicky
Oh, the comment vanished? Oh no!!
Oh wonderful, and I love your writing style. When are you going back to Greece? Anytime soon? I am quite opposite of you, I am a night owl lol.
Polla Filia,
Krystina
Thank you so so much! I appreciate it. I came back from Greece a week ago – I was there for three weeks. My parents and younger sister live there – but in a city, not a beautiful island, unfortunately ; )
Oh wow, I would love to hear about your trip. 🙂 I am sure you had a blast.
What city do they live in? I use to live there. 🙂
It was great! We baptised my younger sister’s baby boy as well there : ) They live in Ioannina, where I used to live as well when we moved from Canada. Where did you live?
I can’t believe this Vicky!
Out of all the places you say, its the least favorite of mine and I use to live there ha! I have to ask do they know the ‘Anatolia’ area in Ioannina? That is where I lived. I wil have to msg you one day about Ioannina. Let me tell you, I went through a life experience there for sure.
I lived in Ioannina, Skiathos, and the majority in Athens.
Omg sorry about that! Yes they still have it! I’d like to know what happened, yes. Oooh and Skiathos – cool!
Skiathos is amazing Koukla mou!!
Congrats to your sister and your nephew. 🙂
Many many thanks!
You’re welcome!!!
I looooove this!
This lovessss you ha! I will make you one soon. 🙂
What a fabulous idea! I love infusing lavender for stunning results! 🍓
Thank you very much!! I’m super happy you enjoyed.
We are lavender farmers so we always have fun infusing. 🙂
Oh my! I REALLY admire you and wish I lived closer! 💟
Awwww thank you!!! You’re so kind. 🙂
Hi Krystina mou!
This looks soooo good! Yum! İ loved seeing the lavender farm on Instagram via Twitter (I don’t have Instagram but I could still see it) – it always reminds me of France and that doctors always prescribe lavender oil for my migraines. It’s such a miracle plant – and so beautiful! And you made a beautiful latte out of it.
Polla filakia,
Vicky
Hi Vicky mou!!
Long time no see. How are you? It’s Soo nice to hear from you.
Yes in fact my mom started our company because of her migraines!! It’s great for many reasons, and such a wonderful plant. Miracle plant indeed lol.
Your not on IG? Do you have Facebook?
Thank you for enjoying Koukla mou. I will be sure to say hi to you on Twitter.
Polla Polla filakia apo tin Cali. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Hi Krystina mou!
Oh wow what a story! Big hugs to mom, I totally understand migraines : (
I’m not on IG or Facebook, sorry – but see you on Twitter!
Filakia polla,
Vicky
Hi,
You’re up? Wow!! I’m working on a new recipe that you might like. 🙂
Yes migraines are horrible aren’t they??
Okay Twitter it is. Btw have you published any books? I know random question but I might have something in mind we can do down the line. 🙂
Kalinixta Koukla mou! ❤️❤️
Hi Krystina mou!
Yeah – I always wake up early, usually before the alarm (weirdo, I know ; ) I haven’t published yet but I’m playing with something in my head : )
Yay that would be great! Polla filakia x
Oh is this the comment? lol
Yeah! Haha! Sorry
No, it’s okay really. 🙂
Looks and sounds delicious!
Thank you!!!!! 🙂 🙂
The purple is so cool. Is that just the sugar?
Yes, it’s actually sprinkles that are purple but the hot milk made it turn lavender. 😉
Sounds lovely!
Thank you very much!! 🙂
Wow this sounds so delicious! Our lavender plant isn’t doing so well, I think we may have overwatered it. I’ve put it in a different spot now so it doesn’t get so much water.
Hey,
I meant to ask you how your plants are doing. Awww, try to give it some light and see if it comes back to life.
It’s in full sun most of the day. Not sure what I’m doing wrong.
Let me ask my dad, one second. 🙂
My parents said cut it way back to try to bring it back to life.
OK I will do just that! All the purple flowers just dried up. 🙁 BUT, there is lots of new green at the bottom so perhaps there is hope. Thank you so much for asking for me!
Yay so that means the plant is coming back!! I’m happy to hear that.
Of course, we love to help any way possible.
I cut it back the other day, and it was green as could be underneath, yay! Thanks!
Hiii!! You’re up like me lol! Well I guess it isn’t that late, and we are on the same time zone ha.
Yay that makes me happy that there is hope for your plant. 🙂
No not too late, lol! I’m just trying to catch up on WordPress right now, my parents have been visiting and staying with us for 9 days and left at 4:30 am this morning, whew! 🙂
How lovely! Where are they from?
Wow 4:30 am? That is such a early start lol.
Oops sorry got busy. They are from Wimberley, TX. Almost all flights out of our dinky airport in Oregon are from between 5 am and 6:30 am, it can’t be helped as all our flights have to connect in Portland, Seattle, SF, or SLC.
No problem at all. They must have enjoyed Oregon, with the weather being quite warm in Texas. 🙂
