The Green Machine Smoothie

Happy New Year my beautiful friends!! The New Year is almost here, and what are your resolutions??

Let me just tell you, my New Year’s resolution is to stay in shape, and be on the healthy track of life.

To be honest, I love to stay fit, and I think it is a must especially since I am always around yummy food. Unfortunately on both sides of my family we have a history of cancer. So with that being said, I think it is inevitable that I stay fit.

Today I came up with a delicious and easy green smoothie that I think you will enjoy. Its perfect for anyone who is on the go like myself.  I love this green smoothie because its tasty, and you get all the right vitamins.

The Green Machine Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup diced mango/ pineapple
  • 2 cups spinach, washed
  • 1 frozen banana, peeled
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup almond milk

Directions:

    1. In a blender add all ingredients until combined.
    2. Pour this delicious smoothie over ice, and enjoy!
