Warm Me Up: Chai Tea Latte
Happy new week to you!!
I miss our warm California weather.. Where did it go? Rain, rain go away, please don’t ever come back again, or at least anytime soon. 🙂
My boyfriend who is an amazing photographer, had a day off from work, so we did a fun new recipe together. I miss the days of shooting food photos with my boyfriend. We make a good team, don’t you think? I will let you be the judge of that when you see the photos below.
All credits go to NestorZ Photography. I am one lucky gal to have such a talented photographer.
Let’s get moving on to this delicious recipe. How about a delicious chai tea latte, on a cold day. Don’t forget the honey, and cinnamon.
Chai Tea Latte Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 heaping teaspoon of loose leaf chai tea- available here >>Chai Tea
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Optional: cinnamon
- Nespresso Aeroccino
- Add the loose leaf tea to the hot water, and let sit for 4 minutes. Strain the tea out.
- If you are using the Aeroccino, froth the milk. If using a pan, warm milk for 3 minutes.
- Add milk, and honey to the tea. Sprinkle a dash of cinnamon over the top.
