Flavorful Beet Dip Recipe

On today’s post I wanted to share a tasty beet dip which would be perfect for your holiday cooking. 🌿🌿 If you are looking for last minute Thanksgiving recipe ideas well here you go. 🙂

This recipe is so simple to make and it takes a matter of minutes to make. I hope you enjoy.

Flavorful Beet Dip Recipe

Serving: 8

Ingredients:

  • 5 medium Beets- quartered cooked and peeled
  • 5 tablespoons of cream cheese – adds a lovely creamy flavor
  • 1 lemon- reserve juice
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Sea salt & black pepper for flavor
  • Pinch of dried oregano
  • Pinch of dried basil
  • Pinch of dried dill
  • Drizzle of olive oil

 

Method:

  1. Prepare the beets and make sure to cook them until soft. Peel the skin off the beets and let cool.
  2. Once the beets are cool add to blender. Add the rest of the ingredients minus the olive oil. Pulse until blended. Chill the dip overnight so the flavors come together.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the top and serve with crackers.

Notes~ You can make this dish vegan by omitting the cream cheese.
