Happy Anniversary A Drop of Ladi & My Greek Soul

Tonight I am celebrating with a shot of ouzo!!  My 1 year ANNIVERSARY for my second cookbook A Drop of Ladi & My Greek Soul is here.  I can not believe it has been already a year today (October 15th)!! 

I want to THANK all the beautiful souls who played a huge part in this book adventure. Thank you especially to Athina (editor), Michelle (formatter), and the one and only Nestora Zaharopoulos ( (photography)! Thank you to all the featured people who submitted recipes. This cookbook is not only 350 pages of delicious Greek recipes, but a book filled with passionate stories and memories, and a book with HEART & SOUL.
