Today my friend Gina Zarcadoolas from Foodie Wine Lover blog is sharing a delicious pear and blue cheese salad to the table. Gina highlights many superfoods in this salad but the one that plays an important role is the pear. I don’t think many people often think pears are such a superfood, but they are.
