In my opinion, beets are one of my all-time most loved vegetables. They are vibrant, healthy, and so tasty! You can make endless recipes with beets whether it’s sweet or savory. I hope you try your hand at my ravioli recipe. You can either make it with the pasta machine or you can make it by hand. Just make sure you use enough beets so you get that vibrant color in the dough.
