Hello reader! I hope you are doing well. I started a new page called ” Mind, Body, and Soul” last year. Oftentimes we forget to take care of ourselves especially our bodies. We need to remember to reset and relax. If you can take 15-30 minutes out of your day to do this simple breathing technique then it will really do you good.
