Hi! Oh, good question. You can start by baking the uncooked baklava tray at the very bottom of your oven for about 15 minutes, then move it to the middle rack for the rest of the baking. When you take it out and pour the syrup over the top, let it sit to soak. Make sure your syrup isn’t too runny because that will create a soggy bottom. I sure hope these tips help. ]]></description>
