Otherwise known as a Caprese Salad  Caprese Salad Recipe- Ingredients-  6 small tomatoes 1 pound fresh mozzarella- cut in cubes10 to 15 basil leaves3 1/2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oilSea saltFreshly ground black pepper Directions- Slice the tomatoes and arrange on a platter.
