Baklava reminds me of honey. Amidst flaky layers of light dough. That is why I love it. I would love a no-fail recipe with great instructions. It is such an amazing dessert!!!!

For the Italian show, the brother won with his steak house concept, though the sister's chef skills and a few of her dishes will be implemented....

Be well!

Awww good question! I have many but I believe I have a baklava recipe on here. I love to infuse mine with lemon and orange rind, and use tons of honey, and I don't add to much sugar. A hint of vanilla is always nice in the mix too.

Yes, I love that show! I am glad you love it. It's funny, I didn't see who won the Italian one??

:-) YES. Which baklava recipe is your favorite - I am sure that you have many. I tried one recently with rosewater that was quite scrumptious and unique.

Oh, and thanks for the recommendation on Restaurant Divided. I love it! I watched the Italian family last week and the Greek family this week - excellent!

Happy November. :-)
