Spicy Feta Dip Recipe

I am missing Greece especially now more than ever! We didn’t have the best year, to be honest, and all I want to do right now is put my feet in the sea and breathe in the aromas of the fresh air of lingering olive trees and the sun beating down on me.
I miss sitting at the tavernas with my friends and enjoying really good mezes. So I am sharing one of my all-time favorite dips to make. I hope you enjoy this simple Greek recipe and feel free to tag “Kouzounas Kitchen” if you make it.

Spicy Feta Dip Recipe

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups strong feta (Dodoni brand is recommended)
  • 1 1/2 cups roasted red peppers
  • 1 teaspoon dry oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of dry dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method:

Add all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse just until combined. The dip should be smooth but thick. Serve with pita bread, crackers, or any vegetables.
