Basil Simple Syrup

This syrup is great in many recipes, but my favorite is in lemonade and iced teas. It’s about time I make a basil syrup!! -Enjoy- Basil Simple Syrup Recipe- Ingredients- 1 cup of sugar 1/2 cup of water 1/2 cup of basil leaves- washes Directions- Combine all three ingredients in a pot over medium heat and bring to a simmer.
