Mediterranean Turkey Wrap
- 1 flour tortilla
- 3 tablespoons roasted garlic hummus
- 3 slices fresh roasted turkey
- 1/2 cucumber slices
- 1/2 tomato slices
- 1/4 cup red onion sliced
- 3 kalamata olives chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper sliced
- Spread the hummus over tortilla.
- Layer turkey and vegetables over the top.
- Sprinkle kalamata olives and roll from one end to the other.
- Slice in half and enjoy.
