5 Minute Mediterranean Turkey Wrap
Busy running around with little time to cook…. Try out this healthy and easy recipe below.
Mediterranean Turkey Wrap
- 1 flour tortilla
- 3 tablespoons roasted garlic hummus
- 3 slices fresh roasted turkey
- 1/2 cucumber slices
- 1/2 tomato slices
- 1/4 cup red onion sliced
- 3 kalamata olives chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper sliced
- Spread the hummus over tortilla.
- Layer turkey and vegetables over the top.
- Sprinkle kalamata olives and roll from one end to the other.
- Slice in half and enjoy.

Hi Krystina! The Optifast info should be at http://www.optifast.com. I use it through a doctor’s office. I’d lost 2.8 pounds when I had my weigh in. I’ve been so busy today that I haven’t had a chance to blog about it! 🙂

Aw, thank you! I love to workout, but I have to do low impact for my ankles— I’ve broken them both and have arthritis in them. I will show the workout to my younger daughter. She loves jummping rope, as well! You’re so sweet!

I’m doing well with the diet. I’m going to be transitioning to food in a few weeks. I’ll be subtracting 1 shake and adding 3 oz. of lean protein and 2 cups of a non-starchy vegetable. I can’t do any added fats or sodium, but I can use herbs and seasonings–so that will be nice. Today is my weigh-in day, but as of last week, I only had 34 pounds left to go until I reach my target weight. Thanks for asking! 🙂 Have a nice day!
