5 Minute Mediterranean Turkey Wrap

Busy running around with little time to cook…. Try out this healthy and easy recipe below.

Mediterranean Turkey Wrap


  • 1 flour tortilla
  • 3 tablespoons roasted garlic hummus
  • 3 slices fresh roasted turkey
  • 1/2 cucumber slices
  • 1/2 tomato slices
  • 1/4 cup red onion sliced
  • 3 kalamata olives chopped
  • 1/2 red bell pepper sliced


  1.  Spread the hummus over tortilla.
  2. Layer turkey and vegetables over the top.
  3. Sprinkle kalamata olives and roll from one end to the other.
  4. Slice in half and enjoy.
