Good Sunday to you all. I wanted to share this easy and yummy recipe.
Lavender Syrup Recipe
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons dried or 1/4 cup fresh lavender blossoms
1 cup water
1 tsp of vanilla
Bring all ingredients to a simmer in a saucepan, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, and cool. Cover and chill in refrigerator.
Lavender Sparkler: Stir 1 to 2 teaspoons of syrup in a glass of sparkling wine.
Use this syrup for cookies, breads and much more.
