November Superfood Week Day 3 

Featuring Kouzounas Kitchen today! The superfoods I focused on are carrots and beets! Two of my favorite vegetables of all time.

Beets are essential for our diet because they are packed with tons of vitamins and minerals. Read on here for more information on the beets and the benefits.

Carrots are a great superfood for many benefits much like beets, but one benefit that comes to mind is the IMMUNITY boost. They are full of antioxidants, which help your body fight off nasty things. Read on here to see about the benefits.

Today I am sharing two of my favorite healthy recipes! Immunity boost smoothie & beet soup recipes. They are easy to make and very tasty.
