Mediterranean Smoothie

This is a super energy smoothie drink. Tastes yummy, the ingredients look interesting, but once you try it, you will love it. Mediterranean Smoothie Recipe- Ingredients- 2 cups of baby spinach 1/2 slice of fresh ginger 1 frozen banana or fresh banana- sliced 1 mango- diced 1/2 cup of beet juice 1/2 cup of fresh orange juice 5 ice cubes Directions- Blend all of the ingredients together. Superfood smoothie!

This smoothie is great in the morning or even on a hot day. If you need something to jump start your day, try this.  Blueberry- Mint Smoothie Makes 1 serving Ingredients-  1 cup of frozen blueberries 1/2 avocado 1/3 cup of orange juice 1/2 cup of fresh mint leaves 2 tsp of lemon juice 2 tsp of honey 1/2 cup of water * ice cubes if you like Blend all of the ingredients together. Blend for about a minute. Until combined. Add more ice if needed. Enjoy- Kali Orexi!

Are you going for a work out or need a boost. This shake is very easy to make and has abundent amount of flavors in it.
