Chilled Cantaloupe Soup Recipe
Ingredients-
1 cantaloupe peeled, seeded and cut in cubes
2 cups of orange juice
2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tsp of white sugar
1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon
Directions-
Peel, seed and cube the cantaloupe. Next place the cantaloupe and 1/2 cup of orange juice in the blender, and process until smooth.
Place the juice in a bowl, and add in the remaining ingredients. Cover and chill for about 1 hour and garnish with mint or parsley.
