Good mythical morning! (Like Rhett & Link would say)

I smashed right into the kitchen this morning making crepes. Yes , I made crepes again for the family. 🙂

Find below a new recipe that I enjoy and find easier to work with when making crepes.

Ingredients:

1 cup of flour
2 cups of milk
1/4 teasp of salt
1 teasp of sugar
3 eggs
2 tabl of melted butter

Beat the eggs with the milk until blended.

Sift together flour, sugar, salt. Add to your egg mix. Beat in until well blended.

Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 2 tablespoons for each crepe. Tip and rotate pan to spread batter as thinly as possible. Brown on both sides and serve hot.

Tip- I like to add spinach, ham and cheese to a savory crepe.

Sweet crepes- add in nutella with some strawberries. or pan fry apples, add a little brandy and cinnamon. Top with fresh creme 😉

Kali Orexi!

* The last pic is shown half eaten! My bf smashed right into it :)*
