Busy, busy… I am finally posting a new recipe!
Yay for a new recipe!! This recipe is great for spring and an awesome dessert! 🙂

Grasshopper Pie Dessert
Ingredients:
30 Oreo cookies
1/2 cup of butter melted
2 cups of marshmallow crème
1/4 cup of crème de menthe
2 cups of whipping cream
(Chocolate shavings for the top)
(Fresh mint- for the top)

Prepare:

Crush cookies and set aside 1/4 cup of crumbs. Place remaining crumbs in a medium bowl and mix in melted butter. Press mixture firmly into bottom and sides of a 9 inch spring form pan.

In a large mixing bowl, whip together marshmallow crème and crème de menthe until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form, and then fold into marshmallow mixture. Pour mixture into pan and sprinkle reserved cookie crumbs on top.  Freeze at least 2 hours, until firm. Remove from freezer 20 minutes before serving to soften slightly. Add fresh mint leaves on top to decorate/ as well as some chocolate shavings. I like to add white and dark chocolate shavings. Adds a nice look to it. Enjoy and KALI OREXI. 🙂
