Grilled Bell peppers

Yumm. Have you ever tried grilled bell peppers on the barbeque. The flavors are amazing. Try this next time you have a bq party. 🙂

Grilled Bell peppers-

10 red/yellow/orange/green peppers- cut in halves

1/4 cup of olive oil

2 garlic cloves minced

1/4 cup of parmesan cheese

sea salt/ ground pepper

aluminum foil

Take your peppers and place them on aluminum foil and get your bq ready to grill the peppers. Make sure to rub your peppers with half the olive oil and a bit of minced garlic. (Save some garlic for later.) Grill your peppers until about black in color on the outside.

Remove from the grill, and set aside in a bowl and cover with plastic wrao. (The steam will loosen the skin and it will be easier to remove.) Let the peppers sit for about 15 minutes.

Next remove the skin from the peppers. After you removed all the skin, gather your peppers and add the rest of the olive oil, garlic, cheese and season with sea salt and ground pepper. You can use these with any appetizers or eat them in salad. They are great after it sits in the olive oil marinade in the refrigerator for about 45 minutes or so.
