Balsamic Vinegar Reduction Sauce
Balsamic Vinegar Reduction Sauce Recipe
**I highly recommend this balsamic vinegar. Click on the picture below for more information.
- 1 cup of balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp of honey
Add 1 cup of the vinegar to a non stick medium size pan. Keep in mind that you will be reducing the amount of vinegar by about 2/3. Bring the vinegar to a low boil over medium heat. Add in the honey. Make sure to stir, so you prevent it from burning. Make sure to keep an eye on the sauce, and continue to stir. Continue to cook for about 20 minutes over medium heat. When it reaches the thickens you like, remove from heat. Set aside to cool and you can use this sauce over, variety of meats, desserts, salads, and more. Allow to cool and transfer to an airtight container. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to use.
