I love ginger for its taste and the health benefits it brings. Especially to ease a tummy ache. 🙂
Ginger & Mint Tea Recipe
- 10 thin slices fresh ginger
- 1 Tbs. honey
- 2 sprigs of mint
1. Put ginger and mint along with 3 cups water in small saucepan, and bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
3. Strain out ginger slices and mint, discard.
4. Stir in honey and serve.
