Healthy Nutella Chocolate Mousse Cups

They are super cute, light, and incredibly easy to use. You can create so many wonderful appetizers with these—whether sweet or savory. I used Athens Phyllo Mini Cups to make a delicious and healthy twist on chocolate mousse. Let’s get to the recipe!

Healthy Nutella Chocolate Mousse Recipe By Kouzounas Kitchen

Ingredients:

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 banana, ripe
  • 1/2 cup nutella
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • 1 box of mini phyllo shells
  • 1/4 cup of Toasted coconut flakes

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into the blender and blend until combined. Pour the mousse into a bowl, and chill overnight.
  2. Add a heaping tablespoon of the mousse into the Athens Phyllo mini cup shells.
  3. You can dust cocoa powder, and toasted coconut over the top, to serve.
  4. Mousse will last up to two days in the refrigerator.
