Cucumbers are a good source of vitamin C and also contain vitamin A, molybdenum, folate, manganese, silica, potassium and magnesium.
Cucumbers are known for their ability to improve the complexion of skin as well.

Cucumber, Apple & Mango Smoothie-
- 1 apple
- 1 1/2 mango
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/4 cup of orange juice
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 lime (optional)
- Place all ingredients into a blender and place on high speed.
- Blend for about 2 minutes and then pour into a glass and serve.
- Squeeze some fresh lime juice on the top. 🙂
