Super Food Smoothie!!

This quick and easy smoothie gives you energy and your vitamins!! 

Cucumbers are a good source of vitamin C and also contain vitamin A, molybdenum, folate, manganese, silica, potassium and magnesium.

Cucumbers are known for their ability to improve the complexion of skin as well. 

Let’s get on with the recipe!!

 

Cucumber, Apple & Mango Smoothie-

Ingredients:

  • 1 apple
  • 1 1/2 mango 
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/4 cup of orange juice
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 lime (optional) 

 

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and place on high speed. 
  2. Blend for about 2 minutes and then pour into a glass and serve.
  3. Squeeze some fresh lime juice on the top. 🙂
