Healthy shrimp tacos!
Yes It’s true my little sister learned after me lol. She decided to make me a awesome shrimp burrito. (All healthy)
Shrimp Tacos with a healthy style
1 pound of shrimp pre cooked
1/2 cup of red cabbage
1/2 cup of greek yogurt
3 limes
2 lemons
Sea Salt & pepper
1 avocado
1 small white onion
4 small Roma tomatoes
1 jalapeà±o
1 bunch of cilantro
2 tablespoons of tabasco
Whole wheat tortillas 8
Prep:
Cook the shrimp in a pan with 1 cup of water & 1 lemon juiced. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
Chop onion, tomato, jalapeà±o, cilantro, add lemon juice and lime juice. Add sea salt to taste. Set aside.
Next dice avocados. Set aside
Dice the cabbage. Set aside
For the alternative sour cream- add one half cup of Greek yogurt, 1 lime, half a lemon, and salt & pepper to taste
Next place whole wheat tortillas in a pan and warm them in the oven.
Top your tortillas with all the fixings. If you like, add in the tabasco to the top.
