Salmon and pasta with sauce

I used this sauce tonight to make a salmon and spaghetti dinner. It really pairs well with salmon. Cheers-

 

Hollandaise Sauce Recipe-

Ingredients: 

3egg yolks

1 1/2 tsp of lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon of dijon mustard

1 1/2 tsp of fresh orange juice

1 tsp of hot sauce- red or green salsa

sea salt

ground pepper

1 pinch of dill

1 pinch of basil

1/2 cup of butter melted

Directions:

In a blender, add all of the ingredients besides the butter to your blender. Place on medium speed and blend all ingredients well. Melt the butter in a safe microwave bowl until butter is melted. Remove from microwave and add the butter slowly to the egg mixture. After the mix is blended, place the blender in a hot bowl of water until you are ready to serve your sauce. 

* Great on salmon, eggs, pastas, and much more

* Add a touch of basil or dill to the top of the sauce for a nice look to your plate.
