Ouzo & Maple Syrup Sauce
I know what you are thinking, these ingredients sound like they don’t go together, but they actually do! Check out this tasty sauce below and try it on some pan seared tofu.

Now… this sounds intriguingly interesting! I’ll definitely be trying that!!
Athina, I know most Greeks will be like really, but it is dang good. Great over tofu, breads, and even desserts! 🙂
You know how they make saganaki with hloro-tyri in Santorini (pan-seared fresh goat cheese in a tempura-style batter with a sesame crust) which is topped off with sour-cherry “spoon sweet”? I’m thinking Ouzo & Maple Syrup instead!
Hhaaa too funny you said this! Yes, I thought the same thing with saganaki. The flavors would be amazing!!!! I love Santorini!!!!!!!!!!!
