Herbed Bread

I made this really easy herbed bread today and thought I would share. Great to use for sandwiches and just eating it by itself is yummy as well.

Herbed Bread Recipe:

Ingredients:

2/3 cup of milk

2 eggs

2 tsp of honey

1 tbsp of white sugar

3 cups of bread flour

1 1/2 tsp of salt

1 tsp of fresh rosemary

1 tsp of fresh basil

1 tsp of fresh dill

1 1/2 tbsp of butter

2 tsp of active dry yeast

Directions:

  • If using a bread mixer, add all ingredients together and place on basic or for white bread. Place on start and then remove the dough and bake at 350 d or 180 c for about 45 minutes or until golden brown on top and a tooth pick comes out clean from the center.
  • If using a kitchen aid, add the yeast and milk together, and then add the remaining wet ingredients. Mix to combine, then add dry ingredients. When dough forms, remove from bowl and place on a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes. Then bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown in a 350 d oven or 180 c. Image
