Food For Thought Is Here!!

Yay, it’s the weekend!! What is everyone’s weekend plans?? I was working all morning, and through out the day, so I do apologize for not posting sooner.

 

Today’s Saturday Thought is: Salmon!!

One of my favorite fish to eat!!! Salmon is very rich in Omega 3, which is very beneficial for cardiovascular health. Omega 3’s are very important because they defend against colon, prostate, and breast cancer! Eating salmon can actually help control blood pressure and it contains calcium, magnesium, protein and also B vitamins. 

Thank you to Salmon for providing these great properties!!!!
