On tonight’s post I am sharing super healthy chia seed smoothie. I have been reading up on chia seeds and guess what…. I LOVE them! Why chia seeds you ask? Check out some information below.

Benefits Of Chia Seeds:

  •  Chia seeds deliver an enormous amount of nutrients.
  • Very low in calories.
  • Chia seeds are known to provide substantial amount of energy.
  •  Chia seeds deliver a massive amount of nutrients. 

 Healthy Almond Strawberry Chia Seed Smoothie Recipe



  • 1 1/2 cups (240 g) fresh strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 – 3/4 cup (120-180 ml) unsweetened plain almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • Ice cubes


  1. In a blender add all ingredients and blend for 60 seconds. (Or until all ingredients are blended.)
  2. Enjoy this lovely smoothie in the am.
