Healthy Almond Strawberry Chia Seed Smoothie Recipe
- 1 1/2 cups (240 g) fresh strawberries
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 – 3/4 cup (120-180 ml) unsweetened plain almond milk
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- Ice cubes
- In a blender add all ingredients and blend for 60 seconds. (Or until all ingredients are blended.)
- Enjoy this lovely smoothie in the am.
