Blueberry Vanilla Smoothie

Summer is right around the corner, so it is time to get beach ready with this delicious and healthy smoothie. 🙂

 

 

Blueberry Vanilla Smoothie

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1.5 tablespoons whey vanilla protein powder
  • 3/4 cup coconut or almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon maple syrup

 

Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients together, and enjoy!
