One of my all time favorite Greek dishes. Skordalia is a traditional Greek garlic spread. Almost like mashed potatoes with tons of garlic. I had a dream last night that my yiayia was making this, and I remembered the aroma and flavors of “tourlou”. I wanted to share this lovely recipe with you. This is a great vegetarian recipe and for you vegetarians out there, you will enjoy this. Feta & Ham Baked Potatoes- Ingredients- 4 small russet potatoes 1 package of crumbled feta cheese 1 cup diced ham 1/3 cup of green onions- chopped 1 clove of garlic minced 1/4 cup of sour cream 2 tsp of paprika Sea salt & ground pepper 1.
