Tasty Cashew Butter Recipe By Kouzounas Kitchen
Yield: 1.5 cups
- 2 Cups organic roasted and lightly salted cashews (I used Costco brand)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
In a blender, add all ingredients and pulse on high until mixture has blended. Make sure to scrape down the sides of the blender so that all the nuts get blended together.
Blend for about 7 minutes,and the cashew butter should look smooth and blended. Store in mason jar or airtight jar in refrigerator.
