This recipe is super duper good!! (Yes I said super duper hahaha.) Not only is this recipe low-fat, it doesn’t have any eggs in it. This smoothie is great in the morning or even on a hot day. If you need something to jump start your day, try this. Blueberry- Mint Smoothie Makes 1 serving Ingredients- 1 cup of frozen blueberries 1/2 avocado 1/3 cup of orange juice 1/2 cup of fresh mint leaves 2 tsp of lemon juice 2 tsp of honey 1/2 cup of water * ice cubes if you like Blend all of the ingredients together.
