Substituting Ingredients

You all know it can be a pain in the butt when it comes to missing ingredients, right?! Well below is a list of ingredients that can help you replace the ingredients that are missing.

  • Flour 1 cup- 1 cup of black beans
  • Sugar 1 cup-  1 cup applesauce
  • Butter 1 cup- 1 cup of avocados mashed
  • Cream 1 cup- 1 cup of evaporated milk
  • Butter 1 cup- 1 cup of mashed banana
  • Buttermilk 1 cup- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice plus regular milk to make 1 cup
  • Mayonnaise 1 cup- 1 cup of Greek yogurt
  • Eggs 1- 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt
  • Eggs 1- 1 tablespoon chia seeds and 1 cup of water

1 Gallon= 4 quarts/ 8 pints/ 16 cups/ 128 oz/ 3.8 liters

1 Quart= 2 pints/ 4 cups/ 32 oz/ .95 liters/

1 Pint= 2 cups/ 16 oz/ 473 ml

1 Cup= 8 oz/ 273 ml

1/4 cup= 4 tbsp/ 12 tsp/ 2 oz/ 59 ml/

1 Tbsp= 3 tsp/ 1/2 oz/ 15 ml
