This is a traditional Greek recipe that I have been making for years. Looking for some protein, this is a great recipe for that.
Prep time of only 5 minutes! Super easy recipe.
3 cans of cannellini beans, drained
1 can of tomato juice
1 large onion
1 tsp of cumin
1 tablespoon of red wine
2 garlic cloves minced
1/4 cup of olive oil
2 tsp of oregano & basil
1/2 cup of water
Parmesan cheese- optional
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Or 175 celsius.
In a baking pan mix all of the ingredients and level it out. Bake for about one hour and you can serve with fresh cheese.
