Good Morning California, hello world! This morning I made a easy and healthy fruit parfait. If you are on the go in the mornings and need a quick recipe, try this.
Fruit Parfait with Honey Recipe
4-5 strawberries- sliced in half
1/3 cup of blueberries
1/3 cup of raspberries
1 banana sliced
1 mango- peeled and diced in cubes
1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
3 or 4 tablespoons of honey
In a tall glass, place about 1/3 cup of yogurt in the bottom of the glass. Next layer the fruit and add a tsp of honey. Repeat each step until the glass is full. Top off with honey.
