And taste-wise, yes I would eat kokoretsi again (from a trusted “source”, meaning you have to be sure it comes from a healthy animal, it has to be immaculately clean and marinated to perfection). But I am trying really hard, in the last two years or so, not eat meat any more for ethical reasons… I said I’m trying… I’m not always successful… especially around souvlaki… grmf! Loading...
